A div is over.. after a last match against AJ. well i would say e did pretty well this season. At least all the time and hard work has been justified. Suddenly i just kindda miss the team.. although we all havent graduatedand go our seperate ways but.. it just felt like it.

Lets start with the beginning of today shall we? Actually it is yesterday ... since today is alr the 10th of jan.

There was choir practice at 845.... in room 5 - 64/5 . Well was sopposed to reach there sharpl.. but arggh... the cant get out of bed sickness is always working ... well so ... cant get out of bed lor... slept till 8 ++ then went though the usual morning routine ...

I entered the room at 920... alk ... so late rite... people alr started warming up ... their voices of cuz ... then we moved on to our open house songs ... but todays arrangement was... hmm most unusual... we were not to be standing in our usual sectional blocks ... but in a full circle... and each neighbouring person cannot be from ur own section... i stood between an alto and a sop .. gg for me... confirm go high pitched... and i did ... hmm.. blendedin though ... but then i went back to my own pitch eventually after having enough fun ..

At the end of choir... Chi Wei blew her top ... she had enough of the discipline matters ... i noe i am 1 of them... sorry pres!!!

After choir i went to scotts rd ( Isetan) to look for my mum ... shes just bought som new bags ahha .. typical ... hmm then we lunched together ... ah i shared a plate of chicken chop with her ahha .. collected our car after that and went home...

After washing up.. went to the gym for half and hour to do my friday routine... a bit rush .. as i had to prepare for the concert in the evening ...

today is the first day i carried out my weight loss programme ... quite ok for a start ... hit the gym for 3 hrs... warmups... then started lo...
1. 3 sets of 9 chin ups
2. 3 sets of bent barbell rows * 10
3. 3 sets of concentrated dumbbell curls * 8
4. 3 sets of straight barbell curls * 10

then squats lunges leg curls.... followed by 20 mins cycling... urgghh... leg softness....

now for lunch... headache... dunno wad to eat... hungry hungry....
it will take a lot of determination doing this ....
maths and econs will follow later in he day .... ppl who look down on me... this will prove u wrong ... yaya.. u noe who u are...

woke up at 10 + today ..... and guess wad... the hse was covered in oil.... black car oil ... ( to dear daryl.... it is not my oil ok.... ) whole hse oily.... until can slip fall and die ... hmm so after breakfast i went scrubbing the 篱笆。 haha soap powder.... a scrubber ... and a broom... literally scrubbed the floor for 3 hrs straight!!!wtf ... haha ... eh culprit... u noe who u are.... ( to daryl : it is obviously not me ) ... hmm so this guy... always got 大男人主义 wan... always say i do things nvr do properly wan.... ahah ... this time can say him back.... lol ok la dun blame him =D ytd so late alr ... and is the manufacturer nvr produce the oil properly .... so well the oil spilled into the car boot.... it was still leaking when he took it out... ya so the stains and stuff lor... try cleaning car oil... its not the normal cooking oil .... ( daryl wadever stuff u are thinking now .... leave it for later )... yup so went on scrubbing.... somehow this workout is better thann the gym..... lol... went on washing the car .... * looks at my palm* ...... *sighs* *thinks* --------- ahahixx... really 别对我说永远永远。the soap... and bleach bit my palm.... no more yong y uan de smooth palm liao .... sians just like how ppl age.... and stuff....
